My vet was on vacation and of course my puppy decided to start limping, like dragging her leg (on a holiday weekend no less!). I had no idea what was wrong. My vet's receptionist suggested seeing if a local vet could fit us in. Brunswick Animal hospital was my second call (the first call was to their other division in Strongsville). They graciously fit us in! The vet did an awesome job evaluating our girl, Maple. He felt she likely pulled a muscle somehow when she was outside. He prescribed some pain meds and advised that if she wasn't better by mid week we should bring her back in and they would need to do some x-rays. I appreciated the willingness to fit us in and give us some positive reassurance without having us spend money on x-rays that were possibly not needed.

I came in as a first time client with my cat yesterday. I was of course a little nervous about trying a new vet office. I can’t say enough good things about this place! When you walk in it’s a very calm, chill environment. The front desk receptionists are very kind and helpful. My cat was a little scared but the vet tech and Dr. Caire made us feel very at ease and taken care of. It’s reassuring to know when I come back I have a team that I trust will give the best care to my kitty.

The staff and Dr. Caires were fantastic and able to see our dog both times there was an emergency. Unfortunately, our baby had to get put down, but everyone there handled it with care and compassion. Our senior dog had a pretty severe limp that seemed unrelated to his arthritis. Our usual vet didn’t have appointments available, but Brunswick is its sister clinic so they can share records easily. We called the morning of Black Friday and they were able to get him in that afternoon. The office staff, tech, and doctor were all very caring and informative and treated our old boy like he was their own. The appointment really put our mind at ease (one worries about all kinds of things as our dogs get up there in years), and just a couple days later Rocky is pretty much back to his old self. Brunswick Animal Hospital squeezed me in for an emergency visit even though they had a full schedule. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I would 100% go back there!!

My dog was bleeding profusely from her mouth and she was able to be seen on Saturday where it was discovered she had a very bad tooth. They immediately scheduled surgery on Monday and it turns out 3 teeth had to be removed. The were so professional, courteous and explained in detail what would happen and could happen, so there were no surprises. They treated Ruby as their own. She came through with flying colors and I can't thank the doctors and staff for all they did to make this experience go so smoothly.

Dr. P and her staff showed us a great deal of compassion when we had to send our cat, Calli, up to heaven in April, 2023.Also, she brought our older cat, Lucy (Calli's Mama), back to life because we thought we were also going to lose her. But, with meds and testing, she is thriving, for now, and feels so much better. She is eating and shows us that she wants some attention.

I found Brunswick Animal Hospital on a desperate search for a second opinion. My 9yr old Pom is my whole world. I had been to 2 vet appts earlier in the week because my dog wasn’t quite acting right. After 2 days of unclear answers with my (now previous) vet, I stopped in to make an appointment. The amazing professionalism and caring front desk staff was able to get me in the same day. The thorough professional vet techs in the back were awesome getting past history. I simply cannot thank Dr. P and staff enough. Dr. P was so thorough, kind, and informative. Dr P is wonderful and caring. I went here since the first vet I went to didn't help my cat. Dr P immediately gave fluids to my cat that had uniary troubles. She also recommended different food. Gave pain meds and did a follow up call. Heather the vet tech was awesome and was concerned about Ollie. I just had to go through one of the hardest experiences in a dog lover's life and have our girl put to sleep. This vet is clean, efficient, empathetic, professional, and excellent value for the cost. They're friendly and greet you when you walk in, they have additional products available such as prescription diet and scent masking candles in the reception area. The staff listens, and even deals with former vet catastrophes. They are knowledgeable when it comes to veterinary care, and will explain what is going on with your pet as well as give you a financial breakdown before starting treatment.
